I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for. They helped me figure out what works best for me. They are very knowledgeable and helpful along was kind.

Zip is a Micro-Dispensary and consumption lounge that has some of the best flower around. The informed and friendly staff are able to take their time with you. No rushing or corperate remediated weed at zip. They are started by a local plumber and the grower has beed caregiving for almost 20 years growing some of the industries best bud! Zip has over 20 strains grown in house with care. There are infused prerolls and beverages. My favorite special right now is the DIY Infused preroll kit. It comes with 14 Prerolls, 2G distillate swizzle stick brush from Wilson Cannabis. Go check out their outdoor consumption lounge sometime.

Jasmine and Shaylin these two young ladies are always so eager to help to make sure that you understand what you're getting and they're always very polite very nice they always have a smile on their face I'm handicapped so they are always very helpful to get me in and out of the doors and out to my car I am so pleased with these young ladies they are the best they do their best and they work really hard

Today for the first time I had trouble opening the PDF of my medical card. I was directed to talk to Chris, who really knows his way around a phone! He helped me get out to the state site just to re-download my card, and filed it away so that I had options of ways to open it. Good Job thwarting my panic attack (:. And then found me a better deal than what I had ordered and saved me about $30! They do go above and beyond here.

So I learned of this place through a guy who used to work at Supura and when I finally figured out how to get there OMG I love it! It's a deli style little place. There's a girl with purple hair, a girl with curly hair I think she's in the back now and a guy I usually see on times I go but everyone is super nice! The prices are so good I actually don't even go anywhere else anymore when I'm in town! This place is definitely on my top 3 of my favorites! The manager guy Jakoda I think he's definitely the homey we always get a great greeting when we come in!! In the summer they have this cute little kid selling hot dogs outside and chips! Seriously who else does that! Y'all are definitely missing out if you haven't been to this hidden little gem!!

I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!
