I wrote a previous review before rec was available. The dispensary now has delivery which works well since I don’t have a car atm. The variety of flower which is what I primarily purchase has increased by 500% since the early days. The discounts are now my main purchases bc the deals are plenty and the rewards program really helps with cost. I am a regular customer and have never had an issue and way back when I got something defective they replaced it and even offered a discount bc I had to make another trip to the location. So I recommend the product and the location.

One of the best dispensaries I’ve ever been to in NYC. Seriously I can’t recommend them enough to people. Great service from everyone even their special guest, amazing deals and prices, and the knowledgeable staff know what you want and need. Trust me go here!

I loved everything about this place. It was very organized and welcoming. The kind woman on the floor knew everything there was to know about strains and she was extremely helpful. They take card and cash and have discounts/sales. The website is easy to navigate and the store hours are good for someone that works a 9-5

I visited this RISE for the first time a few weeks ago. I ordered online so all I needed to do was pay and pick it up. It was pretty busy the day I went so I really did not do any exploring. Juriel helped me at the counter. He helped me navigate AeroPay. He gave me a little discount. He was professional and friendly…everything you would imagine your store representative should be. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. I thought that the products that I chose were great…I took the time to research the products based on their descriptions and reviews. Just a great experience all the way around.

I have been here countless times and every single time is a positive experience, strictly awesome. Flower is FIRE, I’ve tried many, many options from their menu. Staff is equally as awesome as the weed here. I smoke everyday and prefer indica, high THC, much much stronger strains (Florida Kush by botanist is top tier) ie: anxiety & insomnia & I like how indica makes me feel. I ask a lot of questions and, bless the staff, they take their time to answer ANYTHING with incredible and impeccable detail. & they remember the details! I thoroughly enjoy coming here. Everything is organized, clean, check-out tablets are super user friendly, and staff is a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend if you’re in North Jersey. I think it’s safe to say: if they had a customer of the month, it’d be me at least once LOL. BEST DISPO EVER!!!! You guys are awesome!!!! Loyalty card that knocks off 10 percent after your 10th $50 or more purchase. Friendly staff, good selection. Recreational prices are much steeper than medical but in the Cooperstown, Delhi, Oneonta region, it's your best bet.

Love the attention the customer is given to answer questions, for demonstrations and information regarding the products they are selling. The environment is fantastic and positive. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. The quality of their product is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Great Job Guys!!!
