She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . Visited LHS for the first time for their Mary’s Medicinals patches. Went on a Monday and took advantage of their 15% off, along with becoming a new patient. I sampled Sativa, Indica, CBN, and CBG. I’ve gotten to the first two, the Sativa isn’t as energizing as I thought it would be. IMO, it’s positive, making this pleasurable for anxiety sufferers as well. Luis was very helpful with product selection and making accurate recommendations for my ailments. This Orlando South location is clean, well-appointed, in-and-out rather quickly. Even with GPS, it was difficult to navigate, the white building blends in well with its surroundings. Tip: Mary’s Monday’s and Flower Friday’s, I hear they have a vape cart special as well (not sure what day).

The budtenders ,are very knowledgeable about all of there products, they also help one surf through all of the specials and sales to help keep some of your money in your pocket. I have smoked Marijuana for many years and the only edibles that have worked for me came from Planet 13, thanks to the encouragement of the budtenders. way to go!

I would like to thank Tenkiller Natural Health for the great service I received. We are new to the area and have been looking for a dispensary that has knowledgeable staff and plenty of options on products. As of yesterday, the search is over. My first visit was yesterday, and I was totally pleased with the staff Kaitlyn and Austin. They were very helpful and patient to explain all the different options I could use and what the benefits of the products. I had tons of questions, but they were able to answer all, and I greatly all the help and information. I really loved how this location has so much to choose from and how clean and organized the establishment is. The process to apply for my Medical Marijuana card was very smooth, and I received it within 11 days. The prices were really good and I really like their reward program, which is a major plus. I love this dispensary so much and the staff are really great. However, I was pretty disappointed with the product. I bought flower and my first smoke sesh it was really good, but the next time I smoked I had the affects for maybe 10 minutes and then felt sober. My mom had the same experience with their products as well.

Great customer service. They genuinely care and want to help you find the right solution for your condition. The stock here is better than most other shops. I drive here from NSB because Trulieve never has good stock.

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. This dispensary is a very small one, as is the town, but it is well stocked with a very nice selection of accessories and smokables. The staff is amazing and will help you in any way they can. It's just a fun shop. I visit the shop regularly and recommend it to everyone in the area.

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any.
