But the main thing about clould 9 is the people that work here they go above and beyond to help you and somehow make you fill like your family. Service at the store is great but they rarely answer phone. And when you place an online order, you have to call them and tell them bc the system doesn’t notify them. Kinda defeats the idea of online ordering.
