I would like to thank Tenkiller Natural Health for the great service I received. We are new to the area and have been looking for a dispensary that has knowledgeable staff and plenty of options on products. As of yesterday, the search is over. My first visit was yesterday, and I was totally pleased with the staff Kaitlyn and Austin. They were very helpful and patient to explain all the different options I could use and what the benefits of the products. I had tons of questions, but they were able to answer all, and I greatly all the help and information. I really loved how this location has so much to choose from and how clean and organized the establishment is. The process to apply for my Medical Marijuana card was very smooth, and I received it within 11 days. The prices were really good and I really like their reward program, which is a major plus. During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

This dispensary is a very small one, as is the town, but it is well stocked with a very nice selection of accessories and smokables. The staff is amazing and will help you in any way they can. It's just a fun shop. I visit the shop regularly and recommend it to everyone in the area.

I had a great experience here 10/10 I came to get my essentials and my budtender Shanna, made it super easy and smooth for me. She seems to be really knowledgeable on strains and so helpful, you can tell she enjoys her job. Thank you again Vice South! :)

I have not found anything I disliked about this place. they are so helpful. I have Lupus and have trouble with vision right now. they read labels 4 me . I use the terps to help and they are wonderful about helping me with that. they are friendly and knowledgeable and very patient cannot beat them.
