Planet Nugg in Farmingdale gets five stars across the board. My first time as a customer yesterday, the parking lot had plenty of parking. The atmosphere /environment was very nice. The staff, and the budtenders were very pleasant to me , and they were a very helpful in suggesting a product. Their products are five stars. I will be a returning customer

I’ve been going here for the past few months and have been loving it. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It really feels like the staff cares about me and wants to ensure I have the best experience ever. Also they frequently have massive sales on all of their products, so I recommend waiting a bit for a holiday to come up so you can get some killer deals. Yeah, sometimes the line gets pretty long, but it always moves at a good pace so you’re never going to feel hopelessly stuck. Everything is kept spotlessly clean. This is the kind of dispensary you could bring a parent to for the first time and you know they will feel safe and accommodated for. 11/10 would reccomend to anyone.

Didn't have what I ordered through Leafly, texted me they were out of what I wanted, gave me three options for same price. OUTSTANDING Communication . Definitely come in again.

The team there was so nice and made it a great experience. I got 15% off FOR LIFE from going in during their opening which they're running all the way through next weekend. And honestly the location is super convenient for anyone around the area, much better than the ones closer to downtown Hartford. 10/10 love these guys and so glad there's a Fine Fettle in my area now!

Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . Even let me get grams of a few diff flowers I wanted to try. I will absolutely be back from here on! I found my new spot! The product is what I've been looking for! This place and Dreamer are the two best dispensaries in Western Mass! Prices are truly unbeatable, look no where else but these two places!! $50 oz's??? What???? Unreal!!! All high quality too so you don't have to worry about mold! (Cough cough HEKA cough cough)

Pleasant atmosphere with attentive staff and excellent selection of high quality products. I don’t live close by, but the periodic specials are very attractive and worth traveling those extra miles on I95.
