Tonight Chris and (just)Max served me and I expressed through chit chat that I had a rough day. They kindly listened and made me feel much better and were professional and personable. I have been shopping at beyond hello in Ardmore for a couple years it is the only dispensary I go to they have the best products and the staff is incredibly friendly and personable hands down best dispensary would recommend to anyone and everyone

I went with a friend and they got some things, they had great quality in smoke, and it was easy to find, bud tender was nice.

I like shopping here and am a medical patient. I find the new specials and recreational strains a bit confusing. A good example is I enjoy blue dream but for some reason it is listed as recreational so for me to purchase it I must pay the higher recreational taxes . Who or what determines what is recreational and what is medical? Right now if you review the menu there are more recreational strands than medical 47-30 and many not designated at all. Glad they again started sending out the specials but I find that very confusing today’s specials were 10 grams for $50 or 10 grams for $90 good but what strains ? Doesn’t say ? I called to see what strands were the specials was told all our strains are on special every day so is it really a special if it’s that price everyday. Still a nice place and extremely nice people but to me seems they are trying to make it much harder than it needs to be.

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. I wrote a previous review before rec was available. The dispensary now has delivery which works well since I don’t have a car atm. The variety of flower which is what I primarily purchase has increased by 500% since the early days. The discounts are now my main purchases bc the deals are plenty and the rewards program really helps with cost. I am a regular customer and have never had an issue and way back when I got something defective they replaced it and even offered a discount bc I had to make another trip to the location. So I recommend the product and the location.

These guys are my go to spot ! Urge sets the standard for quality variety and service. The moment you walk in your greeted with a smile and great music. Super spacious, clean, colorful and comfortable environment. I usually go before work due to the time I get off and they're on point for the moment they open. No complaints.
