This is coming from someone who's been a daily regular for the past 6 months or so. The atmosphere is one ive only felt in LA when dispensaries became available to shop at initially. With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. First off, the design of the place is great. It’s chill, nicely decorated and has displays of lots of product. Even the displays are cool. Staff is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions without being annoyed. There’s two specific people who are my favorite. The bud quality is great. I mainly smoke pre-rolls and vapes, but when I did order flower it was fresh and not cheap (shake, twigs etc). Smells amazing, packaged easily. They have deals too if you want to explore.

I’ve only done delivery with URB’N and they are just the best. Delivery is always smooth and on time, they have an awesome selection of edibles and preroles, always have our favorite brands in stock. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to this dispensary four times since I’ve opened. It’s definitely my go to dispensary at this point. It’s convenient because it’s close to the train on my way home. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I’m a person who really likes taking edibles and I’m just now getting into smoking Flower so the staff has pointed me in the right direction when it comes to which ones I should start with. I definitely like going into a place where I know I’m gonna be helped because in other dispensaries that I’ve gone to they don’t really help so I wind up just getting the same products that I normally get and with Hibernica I’m able to constantly try something new. Out of the products that I was recommended only 1 of them I didn’t really like and it was just a personal preference because of taste, but the effects were amazing. The last time that I won, I spoke with one of the bartenders and told them my experience with the taste that I didn’t like it and they recommended something else and it’s become one of my favorites now.
