This is coming from someone who's been a daily regular for the past 6 months or so. The atmosphere is one ive only felt in LA when dispensaries became available to shop at initially. With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. I’m from Philly. I was looking for bud & found some here. Jawn definitely got some fire.

I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

First off, the design of the place is great. It’s chill, nicely decorated and has displays of lots of product. Even the displays are cool. Staff is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions without being annoyed. There’s two specific people who are my favorite. The bud quality is great. I mainly smoke pre-rolls and vapes, but when I did order flower it was fresh and not cheap (shake, twigs etc). Smells amazing, packaged easily. They have deals too if you want to explore.
