Every time I visit Bloom City I am greeted at the window by name and a friendly smile. The speed of service is fast and the product is top notch. I have been a patient since the dispensary opened and I have always been content and satisfied with the product and service. 1st time anywhere. Im 30mins away with much closer places. They are open till 9pm. It was fast and very easy although I didn't feel rushed. Clean inside. I was in and out in about 10-12 mins and thats with the new patent form. More selection at the shop then on the website. Both kinds I got were quality . The teir 1 I got looks better than the teir 2. Got a day supply on sale for $25 thats pretty banger. Overall good experence. I will return

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! There is rarely any wait & if there is , it’s not very long , however they never rush you . Today I had Brandon, & again, I couldn’t be happier. I actually pass 2 other dispensaries to go here , I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks for always keeping up your standards

What I originally noticed upon being greeted by the Receptionist at Cloud was the warm and welcoming attitude she had. She was so kind! Everyone actually was! Then as I made my way back to the “BiG” room oh my goodness! I was greeted right away by at least 3 smiles however it was easy to tell exactly who my Budtender was! I gave him a run for his money too lol, I know what I want and he delivered no hesitation. He also offered a few suggestions on some sales and I obliged! Good job Cloud Cannabis Sincerely Kp

Hi Dasher, Dave here I was at one of my favorite dispensaries today. Antidote Michigan Avenue bud tender today was sky. I like this new product they got called ROVE it’s a vape and they sell pods and and they have the regular screw in cart so you suggested I tried one of the new ones premier cured resin. This is the best I’ve had if you go in there ask for Skyler Madison, New York, Lexi Jasmine Lulu they’re all good bud tenders don’t know what your budget is. Let him know if you’re looking for quality or quantity. They can make some really good suggestions. Lexi suggested some bud for my son for Thanksgiving. It was great. Have a good day.
