The people working at the store are always nice and helpful to any questions I may have. Sometimes look forward to visiting the store more than I wanna get home to try their products. Great store with great service.

Twice before while purchasing I had Zack for filling my order. What a knowledgable, kind, professional young man. He reviewed products specific to my questions and symptoms. He even provided multiple web sites and explained full spectrum and products to research with different terpines. I changed dispensaries and now will only go to PGH west, north Fayette. Absolutely LOVE this Dispo. Great prices, extremely amazing Budtenders! They always have something new and Always have my go to strains and products. They also have a great rewards program & curbside!!

The staff here at Italian herb dispensary are always friendly and welcoming. I haven’t had to wait very long before being able to purchase my items. I do recommend you look at their menu online via their website and place an order prior to coming to the dispensary that way your visit is more efficient, and you can view their discounts and their menu of options. There is no way to view product prior to purchasing in person I believe due to certain state laws and legislature, but I actually enjoy being able to view the full menu online prior and knowing how much I’m going to be paying before I arrive. They do allow you to pick up through the drive-through window if you placed an online order prior to arrival. I’ve used both options via the drive-through and going inside and each one is efficient to and result in a happy customer.

Amanda Chandler is the best budtender I’ve come across. She’s pleasant polite knows extremely a lot about most if not all the products She’s the only one I want to wait on me I always get what I need from her!!! Don’t lose her cause she’s amazing!!!
