Is this the complaint section? There are two pick up lanes for online orders and both of them were occupied by customers who want to talk forever and get walked through the menu. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for them to be finished with an order that they should already be finished with. Keep the online orders separated from these people who have questions. I order online because I’m in a hurry.

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. First Time Trying Flora Products, Got their pre-rolls on sale and was pleased with results on majority of them. I could not keep them in original packaging so have no way to speak strain specific….4 sativas 4 indicas. Yes I would purchase Flora pre-rolls again. I will definitely try their bulk flower next.
