My first visit was an awesome experience! The staff was super helpful, and I will definitely be returning to try new products. One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!

They now have a kratom slushie machine and raw juice bar and you add extracts to them kratom, cbd, cbc, cbn, hhc for no extra charge. They’re fantastic. Still the best people around. Every employee is super helpful and very patient. They have cbd and cbc bud for dollar a g. In addition they a tiered system of cannabis. Four or five different levels I believe. The top shelf stuff is outta this world quality and the next tier down is fire as well. Seeing bud that looks like the stuff on magazine covers is just amazing to behold. The owner Wes is the best.

I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.

Clone Budtender Amanda Safe Wellness staff are always wonderful and helpful to me. The store is clean, organized and informational throughout. One particular budtender stands out the most, Amanda, she was very chill and patient with a newbie like me. She was able to answer all my questions and even stop me from getting an edible that might have been too much for me. Her recommendations are always spot on. So Sage Wellness I don’t how but you might want to clone her.
