I'm not sure bout the guys name that helped me in my visit but he was super helpful and friendly for sure. And this is one of my top favorite stores as I've been to alot and I always find that there weed is quality and great deals all the time super awesome and super friendly staff. I stumbled on this place when I was not able to access Top Dawg. They were so friendly and personable! They have a wide variety of strains and prerolls. Very friendly and helpful.

I Love the environment at Herbal Phoenix, They are very knowledgeable about their products, everything is tax included so there are no surprise fees or anything like that so the price you see on their menu is the price that you pay. Not to mention they always have a variety of flower in stock a little something for everyone. I also love the fact that they keep leafly updated regularly so you know what they have in stock and what they don't have, and all their flower is tested so that is a plus for me. The staff is very friendly and it is a great environment will definitely make this my go to spot cant beat their deals and customer service! Seriously go check them out you wont be disappointed, Especially with their triangle glue #4 and Cornbread in stock right now. Best hidden gem around love the place and great deals great place

One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!

I love this place very clean. Serena was awesome to work with make you feel like old friends. I pass 5 other dispensary just to go to this store.

had an issue with my card at the ATM and was going to downsize my order from 2 14g of shake to 1 14g but they heard the ATM dinging in the other room and knew I was having a problem and still let me get the 2 14g's for $20.00. will definitely be going back.
