My Budtender on the med side was Bailey. They were so helpful and so kind to me. Picked out everything I wanted and the product was perfect and great. Knew what I needed from my feedback. I stumbled upon The Landing Dispensary by accident while visiting The Shangri-La dispensary nearby—and I’m so glad I did! After looking them up, I realized their product selection is far superior to Shangri-La, where I originally intended to visit. Every time I’ve come in, the staff has been incredibly helpful, going out of their way to make sure I’m getting the best deal possible. A special shoutout to Brian, who assisted me during my last visit. He was phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find that level of care and attention these days, and it truly made my experience memorable. If you’re looking for great products and even better service, this is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amanda Chandler is the best budtender I’ve come across. She’s pleasant polite knows extremely a lot about most if not all the products She’s the only one I want to wait on me I always get what I need from her!!! Don’t lose her cause she’s amazing!!!

I love the bud. It is much a higher quality than I have had at other dispensaries in Philly. Also the service is tremendous. I will say Beyond/Hello locations are all great but the service at the Northern Liberties is noticeably better than at the other Philly locations. Finally I am always shazaming songs in the lobby. Great vibes. 12/10

If y’all are going anywhere else but Pure Options, You’re wasting your Money!! The flower is Never Dried Out and Crumbly like those other guys. Even their bottom shelf is Top shelf. Stop by the Detroit Livernois location and see What Up Doe!!!!!

The other day I stopped in, and this guy named Irwin help me and he gave me the best customer service and he explained the deals. It’s was best service since I been back in Michigan. Plus he explained the every payment That you guys accepted.
