First off, the design of the place is great. It’s chill, nicely decorated and has displays of lots of product. Even the displays are cool. Staff is super friendly and is willing to answer any questions without being annoyed. There’s two specific people who are my favorite. The bud quality is great. I mainly smoke pre-rolls and vapes, but when I did order flower it was fresh and not cheap (shake, twigs etc). Smells amazing, packaged easily. They have deals too if you want to explore.

Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . I travel from B-Lo every other week just for The LabII . Extremely knowledgeable , welcoming , w a great atmosphere , not to mentions the absolute best prices.

I love it here. Points build quickly and everyone is so knowledgable. They also do days where they partner with the spca to help dogs and cats get adopted. Last time they paid adoption fees for customers if they adopted one of their featured animals.
