I'm new to the barn. First off if you thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past,look no further than the Barn. From the time you come in till the time you leave you feel important. I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! The staff and owner made me feel very welcome. Prices were decent and the bud is excellent. I've tried 4 different strains from here and all 4 were great. Mediables are very good I had the 200mg strawberry lemonade white chocolate bar and was delicious and did the job!!!

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

I absolutely love Romeo Dispo. The one true asset they have is Jeff. He listens to what your needs are and if they don’t have it in stock he will ask you question to make a recommendation as an alternative. When I go I will wait just so I can have Jeff as my bud-tender.
