The Staff is very kind, professional, and knowledgable…especially helpful for a newcomer like me. I’ve been curious about trying these products, but I get overwhelmed by the many different strains, combos, & dosages available. Not to mention the best “impact” I’m seeking and which product personally works for me. Apothecas products are 3rd party tested, so I feel confident that they’re not only safe and pure, but consistent with intended use. My local store here in Kingsport, TN is always clean and athletically pleasing with their fantastic display of products. I’m so happy to have found them!

Well trained, and welcoming staff and a large selection to choose from. Prices may look a little high but they are always running deals and specials that make up for it. Highly Recommend.

I like that the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is quiet which puts me more at ease. Some stores are very loud and it makes it hard for me to function well. They are always considerate of what you need. They make you feel valued.

I love the place it's good atmosphere convenient but expensive especially compared to Arkansas I wish we could get our prices a little more like Arkansas I'll shop at the place once a week at least and it's legal

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

My very first time going to their dispensary was an amazing experience. Very nice and welcoming. Ms. Shey did an outstanding job! She is such a blessing and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! She did more than our Shreveport dispensary would ever do for their patients. Verilife Hillsboro has the best staff. I was there today and everyone went above and beyond my expectations. Budtender Emily R. was very patient and friendly. There was a problem with my online order and they worked everything to my satisfaction. I am a medical marijuana patient. I had a slight physical issue while I was there and everyone was very patient and kind.

The people working here are top notch. No one is a snob like other spots here in KC. Great place.
