Great customer service. Today I was helped by Crystal, but, my receipt shows Iridian B. I very much appreciated her insight and friendliness.

One of my favorite dispensary around town because of the Service you aren’t rushed and the tenders know the product as in medical purposes not recreational. I was also impressed on several occasions if specific tenders didn’t have answers to my questions they didn’t guess they searched for the answer in order to help me. That is what true customer service is all about!

After they changed management this has been the place to go! SO MUCH TO CHOOSE FROM! They aren't rude, they don't lie about product, and they helped me find what would work best for my needs! I've never been treated better! "okay crops" and whatever the other ones called, have nothing on them!

Wonderful store staff is very friendly and knowledgeable this is now the only store I go to. The reward system is awesome and I love to go on Wednesdays to spin the wheel. Thank you guys for everything you do!!

The staff here are both knowledgeable and cordial. The intior is chic and trendy, and the cannabis if fire too boot!!! There is literally no other place for gummies I'd rather go aswell!!

I can't remember the managers name but she is awesome. I love that she set up a profile for me so that I can keep track of the things that I felt did not work as well as the things that did work. This place is very helpful and extremely patient oriented. It's refreshing to go into a place that doesn't ask what kind of high you'd like to have

I enjoy frequenting Urban Wellness in Las Cruces. It is just a hop skip and a jump off East Lohman. Urban carries an amazing quality of product. I am always satisfied, and more knowledgeable about the product I purchased, as well as, new product out on the shelf, I have never been disappointed. The Team at Urban Wellness is exceptional in customer service, like the product - they are consistent. They greet you always with a smile on their faces, welcoming you enter the front door. Yeah I went in and the place was pretty cool it was kind of laid back and all the stuff was clean look great prices were good weed with fantastic the service was great very helpful
