I'm new to the barn. First off if you thought excellent customer service was a thing of the past,look no further than the Barn. From the time you come in till the time you leave you feel important. The bud tenders are exceptional and friendly. And they do know quite a bit about their products. Well done guys and don't mind passing a shop or two to get to you. Awesome Awesome. 10 thumbs up

I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.

Overall, great customer service. Dabs are great! Wnc disposables are fire great pricing. Highly reccomend and they always make things right.

The staff and owner made me feel very welcome. Prices were decent and the bud is excellent. I've tried 4 different strains from here and all 4 were great. Mediables are very good I had the 200mg strawberry lemonade white chocolate bar and was delicious and did the job!!!

Ethos has the best selection and prices of any of the dispensaries in the area by far! All of the terpene profiles are listed so you can fully understand what you’re buying! They’re also so incredibly nice at the counter! The other day, I was a dollar short, and they let it slide, which I thought was extremely nice of them! I’m in there all the time, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room either. This place is my favorite dispensary hands-down!

I love going to bigfoot. They have great product to choose from. And I have never bought anything I wouldn't smoke. The staff are very friendly. I never go wrong getting my stuff from Bigfoot.

I loved talking w/John the pharmacist to expand my knowledge on medical marijuana. He was clear, knowledgeable and caring. He genuinely cared. He made it easy for me to ask questions. The staff was extremely caring and knowledgeable they had an innate way of making you feel comfortable and they were like a team in helping me figure out which strain/ terpenes were best for my conditions. First time visiting and I absolutely loved my experience! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful... Great quality product and variety! Prices were a little high but not ridiculous... Definitely excited to stop in more often!
