“My review is solely based on this visit and how I was made to feel as a consumer. The two stars for quality and service have everything to do with the lack of resolution on a defective product.
I generally love 1841 and have done a lot of business here. I'm very disappointed that I purchase in bulk so I don't have to keep going back. I was on vacation for a month, only to return to a defective cartridge which ruined my bag and everything it touched. The gentlemen inside were most helpful and advised me that the cartridge was defective. The manager refused to do anything stating it was past 7 days. I get the policy but to not offer me anything and to not even apologize for the inconvenience was very disappointing. I've watched them work with people and I'm just speechless at how this was handled. As a consumer, this has left a sour taste with me. ”
“Awesome all around. Had my first visit yesterday and I was impressed as soon as I walked in. Lobby & "Goodie Room" were both clean and inviting. Product selection was awesome and the layout of the "store" is very functional. Only boo = The young woman in the lobby checking me in (sweetheart) said I would receive a free gift since it was my first visit. She said to inform the staff member helping me it was my first visit. I told the young man, who was very much on point with his knowledge of product as well as customer service, however when I got home and opened my bag, there were only the items I had purchased. NOT a big deal and it doesn't take away from my 5-star rating. Flip side? I do love a surprise ... especially of this nature!! It's the little things. I'll still be a return customer.”
“They were excellent from top to bottom. the girl in the wu tang hoodie was an outstanding bud tender. she helped me find everything I needed and then some. she also answered all my questions. they give military discount too.”
“i like this place a lot but lately the service has needed a lot of work. they have hired new people and since then ive been skipped in line twice in one day. offered 3 grams at 12$ instead of an 1/8th... and i was being the unreasonable one for asking for one 1/8th for 40$... they need to hire people who have experience with costumer service before i take my happy ass to River City Phoenix...
