Last week I purchased 2 Aces vape cartridges for a trip for Labor Day weekend (among other things). I bought one Strawnanna and one Lemon Haze vape cartridge ($52.00 each) manufactured by Aces. To my great disappointment when I got to my destination, one of my vape cartridges was defective. It just didn’t work. After returning to Las Vegas this week, I went back to this dispensary today asking for an exchange of the defective cartridge. This dispensary refused to exchange it, initially citing the fact that I had waited 1 whole week to try and exchange. Laughable. When I explained that I had been out of town, it didn’t matter. They further tried to tell me that their store policy prohibits exchanging items as everything is “final sale.” When I responded by telling the manager that I had previously been allowed to exchange a defective battery, the response turned in to that the “no exchange” policy applied to thc products only. Basically, they refused to do anything for a totally defective product they sold just last week giving different reasons. To make matters worse, I got the feeling the manager I was speaking to was implying that I was somehow lying about the cartridge. I have been a regular customer for many months, all employees know/recognize me as I frequent this location at least weekly. Stay away from this dispensary. They do not stand behind their products or their customers. This honorably discharged vet will stay away forever.
