Urbana Mission is an adult-use cannabis dispensary in San Francisco's Mission District, minutes away from Dolores Park, Precita Park and Bernal Heights Park. Shopping at Urbana is easy with open product displays that allow you to personally hold and inspect packaging before your purchase. Enjoy your purchases in our beautiful on-site consumption lounge. It's a great place to learn about cannabis and make new friends! We have frequent in-store specials and invite you to join our rewards program for savings every time you shop. A co-branded dispensary, Urbana Geary, has the same great features and is located in the Inner Richmond District. We accept cash and debit cards for all purchases. Debit transactions are subject to a $2.60 processing fee by our card processor, which we waive for orders over $100. Urbana does not profit from debit fees.

Good products, bad service. The staff is very knowledgeable about product but they’re often understaffed, and will ignore the steady customers who just want to check out in favor of long and involved conversations with customers who are brand new to weed. It’s my favorite place when it’s functional, though.
I did business with these guys for a while and they do not treat their employees well. I suspect that they lay them off so they don't have to pay them health insurance. Completely overpriced! This place is a tourist trap.
WHAT WE LIKED: AMAZING, knowledgeable staff (Darrell & Rob A+), great product, taxes included, hands on store approach, beautiful lounge, patient reward system. WHAT WE DIDN'T LIKE: $80 minimum for lounge access (Really?! I bought and 1/8th and had to buy more.) Beautiful lounge with ZERO amenities. Warm tap water, no vapes or bongs. (There is a vape exhale if you request they will set it up.) NO gifts for first timers. (I got some excuse about retail not offering free things. ) All in all Harvest is a great place for first timers. The staff answers questions and helps guide you. But if you're a smoker you're probably best served elsewhere.
