I had my 1st visit yesterday. I consulted with Steven. He was so great! He was so patient with all my questions, very professional, and informative. It was completely obvious that he truly cares about helping people. I am 58 yrs. old and this avenue for pain relief is very exciting to me. Thanks HCI!!
I see my review was removed...? You allow positive reviews that personally name staff but remove the negative? I hope you fired Nick, he was RUDE. HCI lost patient(s) because of him, along with having to always wait. Bye HCI

Parking is a joke. How are disabled ppl supposed to walk a block to get thier medicine??!! We dont all have handicap placards! Then you have to feed the meter on top of it. Location definitely should have been thought out more. Location aside, I have been a patient at hci for a few months & everytime I go the selection is worse & worse. Especially for cartridges!! I switched my dispensary to maribis and I'm excited for my 1st visit.
Gave me the wrong strain of wax. I use cannabis as medicine so this is like going to Walgreens and getting the wrong prescription but they refused to refund me for the purchase or even just give me the product I had actually ordered. Never again.
What a wonderful experience! I had a gentleman with glasses help me out... I think his name was Brandon?... anyway, Brandon was so knowledgeable, he told me about all of his cats, and was such a genuine soul! xoxo *kisses* to Brandon!
