“I’ve only ordered the edibles and loving them. My favourite is the sour gummy bears but I’m looking forward to trying the turtle chocolate next. Typically, I hate the taste of most edibles but these are delicious! I’ll definitely be making another order. ”
“Delivery seemed like a very convenient concept to recieve medical marijuana but with that said the quality of the flowers were complete garbage and the customer service was even worse. I would never recommend Zenleaf Delivery to anybody. 100% trash weed and 100% trash customer service. I personally rate Zenleaf Delivery as the worse dispensary in all of Vancouver B.C. Medical users beware as you have been informed! She is a nasty one!”
“They have been very helpful in figuring out how to sign-up and order. The order arrived promptly in unmarked bag by nice courier. The weed is top shelf, some strains being better than others, but overall outstanding quality. Good selection of organic bud, hard to come by. Great selection of high cbd strains.”
“Atmosphere: The website is easy to navigate and anyone I spoke to while setting up my account was friendly and helpful. Ordering was simple and very convenient.
Service: Delivery driver had a hard time finding my house and ended up walking over, he was very polite about it. Their delivery is efficient and very convenient. I would not consider it to be suuuuper discreet, if that's an issue for you.
Quality: The cannabis wasn't bad...but it wasn't great . I got a sample flight of 8ths. Lots of tiny, loose nuggets mixed in most of the bags. Two of the bags were much more leafy and stemmy than I would prefer to pay for. No beautiful a-grade crystaling, etc. But, some basic quality cannabis nonetheless.”
“Quality - 5/5 - Zenleaf has a great selection of everything...sativa, indica, hybrids, concentrates, and edibles. The edibles are top notch.
Service - 3/5 - Zenleaf offers delivery by mail or same day delivery in Vancouver and limited areas beyond which is good. Unfortunately these problems with delivery have occurred:
1.) Zenleaf has delivered and left product at a different unit in my complex (like #19 instead of #9)
2.) My simple instructions to put product in a storage closet if I am not home are ignored. Instructions were given at time of order and by text.
3.) They have left product in child accessible areas like a children's wagon or tried to stuff it into a mailbox late at night. Not cool.
Zenleaf has apologized in the past but not always.
Atmosphere - 4/5 - The Zenleaf website is pretty good. I give 4/5 because they sometimes don't have what I what to order but overall it is easy to use and has detailed information.”
“I leave a very vivid description of how I would like my medicine delivered to me. But rather than calling when your package arrives or knocking on my door the delivery driver decided it was a good idea to leave my package outside and not notify me. To make a long story short. My landlord found the package and called the police on me including child protective services I now face many hardships because of the irresponsibility of the delivery driver that is not a discreet delivery or professional what so ever. As far as the service goes it’s very convenient but definitely not worth it seeing as the quality of the products is mediocre in comparison. If my order was made after 5 pm I wouldn’t count on receiving my order until about 11:30pm. Every interaction I’ve had with customer service has not been positive but rather quite condescending not helpful whatsoever. I would highly recommend staying away the incompetence of the staff takes away from the convenience of the delivery.”
