  • “I really wish and regret not checking Leafly reviews before ordering a large amount from Zenleaf delivery. As an unsatisfied customer I am astonished to find out that this is an on going problem. I ordered sample flight packs of four different strains (1 gram each) several times and the product was great in quality. I then decided on a strain that I liked the best and ordered an ounce as you save a lot on the larger purchases. Here is where the problem begins for me. The quality was unbelievably bad. Bone dry to extreme wet, no scent, no thc, lots of leaf, lots of bottom "of the bag", created a bad high, bad taste, bad headache and just about every other thing that would constitute bad quality marijuana. As others have apparently stated not only was I sent garbage but when I inquired about how or why they would do this to a seemingly nice and respectful repeat customer they replied with extremely rude remarks as they have clearly displayed they are capable of doing so in there reply to the last poor customer that also was sent very low quality product and decided to inform other medical users of there experience. If someone was illiterate what exactly does that have to do with the fact that your company is starting to stack up customers with horror story's about not only Zenleafs product quality being garbage but also that you belittle them upon asking for an explanation. I am amazed and can't believe that Leafly would even endorse such a company and I would advise anyone that does order from Zenleaf to at the very least fully inspect the order at your door before you hand over your hard earned cash. Another bad review from a customer that did nothing wrong and ended up out of pocket heavily. Hank”

  • “I was referred by a fellow medical marijuana user to zenleaf delivery and so I decided to try there services and ordered 1 full ounce of organic flowers through there delivery service. The quality was absolutely terrible. All small buds, maybe %5 thc at best (was not a cbd strain), lots of leaf, lots of discolored leaf, zero smell, it burned very poorly and the high was the same, terrible. I was left with a very bad headache and a very sore throat. The customer service was terrible as well. I told them via email about the situatuion and they basically said this could never have happened and that I should find another dispensary that better suits my needs ? All I need is quality medicine that I pay for ? Ive used medical marijuana for multiple different medical issues for 30 years now and I am now with out medicine and relief for an entire month. I am on full disability and can obviously not afford to pay for another ounce as the one purchased from zenleaf delivery is complete garbage and as such has been disposed off :-( I do not blame it on my referral but with that said I would never ever in a million years recommend someone this dispensary. Very sad and disappointed customer !”

  • “Delivery service is a huge bonus. Huge. But the flowers they advertise as "top shelf" are low b grade at best. So very low quality product from my experience. Also the customer service was not helpful. In fact the opposite. Very condescending and extremely rude. I threw out my months supply of medicine it was that low quality.”

  • “ive been a medical marijuana user for over 2 decades now and zenleaf delivery came highly recommended. so i placed my first order with them and here is my review. the edible brownies were bunk and did not work. the organic franks gift (flowers) were bunk as well and gave me a bad high with a very bad headache. i do not recommend this dispensary. in fact i would rate/review it as the worse ive ever been to by far and in my honest opinion there customer service is the worst i have ever experienced in any industry.”

  • “Atmosphere: The website is easy to navigate and anyone I spoke to while setting up my account was friendly and helpful. Ordering was simple and very convenient. Service: Delivery driver had a hard time finding my house and ended up walking over, he was very polite about it. Their delivery is efficient and very convenient. I would not consider it to be suuuuper discreet, if that's an issue for you. Quality: The cannabis wasn't bad...but it wasn't great . I got a sample flight of 8ths. Lots of tiny, loose nuggets mixed in most of the bags. Two of the bags were much more leafy and stemmy than I would prefer to pay for. No beautiful a-grade crystaling, etc. But, some basic quality cannabis nonetheless.”

  • “Quality - 5/5 - Zenleaf has a great selection of everything...sativa, indica, hybrids, concentrates, and edibles. The edibles are top notch. Service - 3/5 - Zenleaf offers delivery by mail or same day delivery in Vancouver and limited areas beyond which is good. Unfortunately these problems with delivery have occurred: 1.) Zenleaf has delivered and left product at a different unit in my complex (like #19 instead of #9) 2.) My simple instructions to put product in a storage closet if I am not home are ignored. Instructions were given at time of order and by text. 3.) They have left product in child accessible areas like a children's wagon or tried to stuff it into a mailbox late at night. Not cool. Zenleaf has apologized in the past but not always. Atmosphere - 4/5 - The Zenleaf website is pretty good. I give 4/5 because they sometimes don't have what I what to order but overall it is easy to use and has detailed information.”

  • “I leave a very vivid description of how I would like my medicine delivered to me. But rather than calling when your package arrives or knocking on my door the delivery driver decided it was a good idea to leave my package outside and not notify me. To make a long story short. My landlord found the package and called the police on me including child protective services I now face many hardships because of the irresponsibility of the delivery driver that is not a discreet delivery or professional what so ever. As far as the service goes it’s very convenient but definitely not worth it seeing as the quality of the products is mediocre in comparison. If my order was made after 5 pm I wouldn’t count on receiving my order until about 11:30pm. Every interaction I’ve had with customer service has not been positive but rather quite condescending not helpful whatsoever. I would highly recommend staying away the incompetence of the staff takes away from the convenience of the delivery.”

For starters, you've repeatedly refused to answer your door or respond to calls and texts when your delivery arrives. You have refused to communicate with us after the fact, refused to provide any details that might assist us with helping you, and have furthermore verbally abused and name-called our staff on repeated occasions. We're sorry you continue to have a negative experience with ZenLeaf. You choosing a different service would likely be best for all of us. Cheers!
