God where to begin with Cannabis Cultivators of America's Terrell location. Located out in the countryside between their Catawba and Mooresville locations. The drive to this shop is a pleasure to take. You pass Marshall steam station if coming from Catawba/Sherills Ford areas or crossing Lake Norman if coming from Mooresville area. At first glance pulling in, it's a strip mall type setup. Nothing too impressive... Until you see that beautiful sign out front that reads "Cannabis Cultivators of America". Then as you approach you see a little sign advertising CBD typically for promoting pain relief and better sleep. As you enter the shop, the atmosphere takes you in immediately. It's honestly very upscale, prestigious type feel. Shop layout is amazing with clear display cases displaying the various products. Very overwhelming at first.. because the selection is sooo massive, but then an employee walks out of the door with a smile on her face and readily approached me ready to help me to the fullest extent of her abilities based off my needs and questions! The product of CCOA is out of this world... Heck I'm not even sure it's of the cosmos... It's that good. The shop is family owned. Which for a place that feels so upscale and prestigious in atmosphere, breath of fresh air when it's not a greedy corporation feel. They are veteran friendly and offer military discounts. Employee I met with today was extremely courteous, never once pushed a product. I ended up just testing some CBD products, then she offered me a coffee. Best coffee ever too from Keurig. This dispensary takes the game to a whole new level from the appearance, to the bar, outside smoking area, products and professionalism. It is so gorgeous in there it makes you never want to leave. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. This is absolutely a one stop shop from drinks, gummies, carts, bud, I mean it when I say they sell everything! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

I've been here a few times now and this place is a hidden gem. Small shop, very nice vibe, and they have a great variety of items not found in other dispensaries. G is an absolute professional and my go-to.

I purchased a few items, but so far the only one tried was the CBD cartridge. I purchased it for 22yo daughter who has been struggling with sleep. My brother was looking for some cod gummies. I knew there was a store near my home. I went there and was greeted by a very friendly young man. He was very knowledgeable about their products and informed me about some of their products that I am interested in. Very nice clean and friendly place to shop for your every needs. Thanks Green Roots I was extremely blown away by the quality of service and knowledge of their products. Definitely worth a visit and I will definitely be back probably Monday morning when they open.

My go to spot on the island! Yeah the boardwalk may be loaded with crap but the majority is just that, crap! This place is legit though! My experiences w/ the male & female employees have been great! Their all very knowledgeable & educated about their products and their service is wonderful! They also offer a rewards program. Be sure to sign up at check out by entering your phone # . I've been here 3 times so far and am already eligible for a free 1gm pre roll my next visit. I've gotten their pre rolls & flower so far and have been VERY happy with the ones I've purchased. I'm a big fan of the little 5 pks of pre rolls. They call it the dog walking set which is perfect bc their the perfect size to enjoy during a walk with the pup or in my case; an evening bike ride to wind down. I'd definitely recommend this place and specifically their New Jersey Ave. location. I do plan to check out their Pacific Ave & Boardwalk Mall locations next time I need more products as I thought they only had the one location but learned they actually have 3 locations on the island. I will ONLY visit Kannavis Botanicals when in Wildwood and needing products. I look forward to trying their gummies & juices next as I've heard great things about both!
