I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! Great selection of products to choose from compared to other dispensaries I have gone to, not to mention the quality of all their products!

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

Tay is always fast and efficient! I love this dispensary so much. Always a better experience than I am expecting. Every other dispensary in Orange Park has a minimum of a 10 minute wait. I can't name a single time I've spent more than 5 mins in this place and I go here twice a week on average. Always Impresses!

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! The staff was friendly and helpful, they have a first timers discount program and a nice variety of flower. I selected Lemon Tree as it was an organic sungrown option that appealed to me, great flower for a very fair price.
