I love the atmosphere. I like the professionalism and qualified staff. I find this place to be genuinely dedicated to their customers needs. Also, the atmosphere is super nice and clean but not too sterile. I battle cancer and I am prone to occasional brain fog which triggers frustration & yup, tears. I have to give a shout out to Cass working last Friday night. I swear her name tag said Cass sorry if I’m wrong. Can I just say that she was so dang amazing. She listened to me like I was the only one there, then she whips out perfect amount of compassion and then humor? Seriously, shows what real customer service is about. I went home grateful. West Valley Patient Group has some of the best prices (deals) in San Fernando Valley. I have been to most of the dispensaries, west of Van Nuys Blvd. and none of the locations have the price point, friendliness, and safety measures in please like WVPG.

I've been buying my concentrates from Terrapin for quite some time. Not just this location, but also both Boulder locations, along with the Aurora locations. The 8 pack or bear pack (double bear concentrates) is where its at for value. I've never had an issue with any of my product for almost up to a year. When I had one issue with my wax, I was able to to speak with the manager of the Longmont location. He was super friendly and called me. He took care of me the very next day. He even had multiple solutions that would best suit me. This shows that Terrapin wants their guest to have an enjoyable experience and also feel you got your money's worth. I will continue to only shop at Terrapin because I value their product and they value me as a customer.

Recently started ordering from here, have ordered twice now. Very impressed so far! This is the real deal, quality service.. Happy they serve bakersfield since I have to call this place home. You get a call when you first sign up and order. Easy ordering process. They accept credit / debit, and your order is at your door next day. They have a great variety and reasonable prices! Only thing is the order tracking on their website didn't seem to work for me, hopefully they can get that fixed. Still received a text when it was showing up though! 5/5 will be ordering more in the future!
