From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. They are only delivery but that what you get in Marin, but they are great the guy on the phone was informative and really knew his buds. Asked him to make some recommendations and he was on it :) definitely recommend for anyone living in Marin. The delivery guy was even early, calls before they show up and was really nice. This was my first time ever dealing with a delivery dispensary and it went rather smooth.

I mistakenly complained about a charge on my Credit Card from NUGG. The mistake was all mine - I had forgotten that I asked for a three year membership (vs one year). I was kindly and professionally contacted by NUGG in regard to my comment - including an offer to amend my license. The service that I have received by the professionals at NUGG are outstanding - as are their products! (Sorry guys!!!)
