Great environment placed an order online and called to verify. Once I arrived there was a lot of parking and there was security at the front entrance. The lady was nice when she helped me with the online order and it was a great deal getting the RS1000 vaporizer and NY Zoo for a first time gift too!

I personally struggle with sleep, and Jocelyn took the time to listen and recommend products that actually worked for me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and completely on point. This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products). Be sure to check them out and holla at Hannah, or any of her awesome colleagues!

Unlike any shop I’ve been in. Feels like you’re at a regular market, you can pick everything up. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.
