Knowledgeable staff, multiple payment options, nice variety of strains/products, easy and fast online ordering, clean, and chill people make for a chill atmosphere. My favorite shop.

I especially decided to shop here because it happened to be less than a mile away where I was for a function. And...I had checked out their menu online! This was the only place in the area where I could get brands I have been looking for. I was completely pleased with whole experience at Upstate Canna. Plenty of parking in front of the store. Pleasant check-in. Layout utilizes space efficiently so you can view products. Tremendous selection of flower and prices to fit every budget. many other products to choose from as well. I was very pleased with the prices on what I bought. Jeremy, my budtender was pleasant (as was Joe, lol) and knowledgeable about what I purchased. Overall, this was a great first-time experience. As a veteran of visiting six state's worth of dispensaries, I have had many good, some mediocre, and flat-out poor experiences (just a few). I will definitely visit again if I am in the Albany/Schenectady area.

From day one when they opened Happy Monkey was excellent. Decent selection, fair prices, very friendly helpful staff, and felt like part of the neighborhood right away. In the time since then they’ve only gotten a lot better. The selection is really excellent, and in addition to fair prices they always have deals and discounts available. JOHN!! This is for you! I’m a mental health worker in the hospital settings in Boston- this is definitely a need after a long day. On a snow storm that is supposed to come, my weediclesss (as I call it) was not available after I placed my order for delivery. Sir John was AMAZING and so caring to inform me of this and ask if there was anything else I needed. He really listened to what I needed and the current state I was in- just to decompress and get my client’s stories out of my brain so I can decompress and recenter as well. He made me feel seen and heard and feel valued. He tried adding an extra goodie for my birthday that just passed, I chose to give to a homeless person and he said he would give on my behalf.. no one has followed suit and done something like that on my behalf. Someone that may not have an ID or money but may need a break, let them use my weedicles… that’s all I want and John helped me gift it back to someone in need. Thank you John D. Thank you for giving me your last initial to ensure that the highest person at your company hopefully sees this and recognizes their unique/amazing employee. To the owner- he is a keeper. Called them up right at ten i bought and ounce and a brand new pipe. The guy was here in like 20 minutes....real good product with a lotta variety :) came right to my stoop had a nice little bag of goodies just like takeout mmhhhmmmmm lucky dawgz 2025 twiggy out

They have certainly stepped up there game that one of the best dispensers in the city as of today. The quality of the buds are amazing. Can't beat the deals as well. in that guy that wrote a bad review of this place he probably didn't even live in this city cuz he said he there was no sign out front He's full of crap he needs something for his eyes. oh and he's complain he had a standing line cuz he's a fool he doesn't know how to read signs

As always Natures Medicine comes thru for the only place with the variety of live resin or rosin products. Everyone else stays with just distillates. That’s why there’s always my first choice.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers have the best experience possible. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in.

I made this account just to talk about how good the prices and delivery service are. Every delivery person has been polite and cordial. The deals are amazing. Highly recommend tipping them. They drive 40 minutes just to get to my house. Never had an issue and I never had to wait more than 4 hours. They answer the phone right away and text right away. I recently used their delivery service for a Best In Grass Kit. I called a closer dispensary earlier in the week and they never called me back. Doobiez got back to me right away.

By far the best dispensary I’ve ever been to!! they have deals every day. You may not see them online, but when you go into the dispensary it’s like entering Santa‘s toy factory
