SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! I've had the pleasure of being helped at SOTM by a long time, wonderful floor person, Emerald! She is an inspiration to everyone with her truly beautiful customer interactions. She treats every customer she helps as if they are the most important person with her great communications and uniquely beautiful personality!!! I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! They are always super well organized and welcoming!

No place can hold a candle to this dispensary. It’s a place you can come to vibe and hangout, escape, heal, whatever you need. They’ve built a community here and the flower, y’all it’s gas.
