Thank you to the amazing staff at the Okeechobee store. You guys are amazing. You make it look seemless and effortless. You always wear a smile no matter what is going on. We didn't feel the shortage of Mini's as much as all the other stores because Sabi took care of us. She went thru hell and high heaven by reaching out to the Managers of the Suppliers. We don't feel a lot because of Sabi and her incredible staff. Savannah thank you for your beautiful smile and always being attentive to everyone. Lauryn, thank you for being simply awesome. You need a paid day off from Sabi. Honey, go home at least one day a week. lol Christina thank you, Chris you are amazing. I can not thank you enough for all you do. Your store is impeccable. I came back all month before I would consider going anywhere else. Excellent products I enjoyed many strains of flower, some great tasting and potent vape cartridges, their Soft chews are great. Tinctures are FIRST CLASS. Website and app are both easy to shop with, reviews and accurate descriptions.

Any negative reviews older than the last year need to be disregarded. This place is amazing. All their flower is well grown and cured. They have a large menu and plenty of deals to fit anyone. Best thing is it's consistent. Not like the Walmart of weed on Bonita Beach road. Truly it's not. The staff here rocks. Always friendly and always knowledgeable. They even go out of their way to get you the best deals for your purchases. Try that at the walmart...nope. If you want top shelf medicine without being taxed $60 for a nice heavy glass jar filled of, maybe it's good this time maybe it's not, the go to Sunnyside. Them folks got it going down.

I have been reading reviews for the past 6/7mos. I decided to try it out. They have the most respectful, good vibes and energy at that front desk. As well as the time lady in the back in the pharmacy. I would give it a twenty rating out one to ten. Twenty being "They have it going on. Tysm Ms Karen. Shout out to her. Love you vibes. As well as the young lady next to her. First time on Friday with I went and they explained the process. Very friendly. No hostility towards me. I would highly recommend. God Bless

I initially had my “referral” sent to another pharmacy as it was closer to where I frequently travel as none are located in the City I live in. But after visiting the other pharmacy in person after not getting any response to my email or calls, I decided it was not a good fit for me. A friend told me of Willow, So I requested my doctor change the referral to Willow. The service was fantastic! I have only very recently obtained products from them but have been satisfied. The consultation was clear and they asked pertinent questions and answered all of mine as well. Made me much more comfortable trying medical marijuana after decades of not indulging.

The staff at this dispensary are vert professional & polite. I bring in my service dog Zeus. The staff is amazing with him. Thank you for going out of your way to make customers & there animals feel comfortable.

This is probably the coziest dispensary I’ve been to. Don’t go on expecting fancy, you’re at the wrong place. Liberty has by far the best vape carts that I’ve tried so far, and will continue to visit them

I’ve been using trulieve for 2 years now, it’s always consistent minus one incident they were more then willing to correct or compensate. Trulieve is my forever home for my medicine and information on cannabis products and how to use them correctly and safely. By far the best experience in a dispensary, and this is a lot, considering it is a fairly new field of business, and most dispensaries give it a serious try to establish themselves with customers. Nevertheless, the service I received form Samantha B really stood out.
