People be so sensitive to the wrong things. Pay attention to how things are and it speaks for itself. I enjoy coming to this location although the experience is way different than the Cali one I visited. This isn't all that bad, but you can see the room for so much improvement, which is good. All in all, awesome place all around.

I have been to every dispensary in the tri State of Florida for my medical needs. Seizures,PTSD and Chrons Disease. Surterra Wellness not only has the most knowledgeable and professional staff but the best quality strains but the only consistent inventory. Surterra is far and away the best dispensary in my opinion

First time today & love this place already. Location and parking isn’t the greatest, but man, the vibe, staff, and best of all the flower,, top tier. Craft flower is on a different level. Definitely give this place a try. Best dispensary in the area thus far.

Last Friday I went to Trulieve too pick up an order,and man were they busy. I got AWESOME help from a PRICELESS SET OF SUPER LADIES !! They were over loaded with people and kept there professionalism !! TARINA, MERCEDES, and ANDREA were the only ones there, but they kept it moving!!! First of all, the initial contact I made was with a SUPER kind young man named Malik, via the call center. Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trulieve tarpon springs always friendly staff and seem to have good stock compared to some busier locations that may run out fast of things like minis. Very helpful staff, my last visit I had a complicated order and had to change out a few things and Jodi took care of everything while still making me feel like she was happy to help.

Manny, Vanessa, Willie, Sarah And everyone who works here is extraordinary! They take their time with you and are so knowledgeable! They are not trying to upsell you. They are trying to get you the medicine and delivery method that is right for you. These people are so pleasant and fun. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great staff. Very knowledgeable and eager to help suggest products that might solve your challenges. Products are high quality. These guys focus on fewer strains, but IMHO have higher quality, more easily consumed products. Their pricing is competitive as is their rewards program.

Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

I don’t have any complains so far! First time shopper, meaning I got 60% off was wonderful! I got a great selection of strains amongst concentrate, cartridges, edibles and flower for a 100 bucks! Very nice and clean environment with kind staff!
