Let me start that the staff is always friendly very helpful and knowledgeable as a first timer I felt very at ease with the whole process I have not been anywhere else (to many horror stories) But always a But right LOL I would like to see some other deals in the ways of percentages off products the only such deal is for a first time customer nothing for the loyal customers

The store is well displayed with actual flower to look and smell before purchase. the staff were very well educated on the product and were the only ones that have a %of terps in the flower not just the thc. i was able to get some super tasty choices and they have great deals.

Winter Park location has Incredible management and great customer service. I would go out of my way to shop this location. Deshaun went above and beyond.

Five star experience from start to finish . Jena was very helpful and knowledgeable while being friendly through out my visit . She had solid recommendations and made the overall experience fun and enjoyable . The place looks like an Apple store except I left happy and looking forward to my next visit . At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.
