I just bought one of the 510 battery for my vape cartridge and I can't use the charger that came with it. The plug in won't stay in the battery. Why is this happening?

Until today I have always used their delivery option (which is outstanding since they accurately give short window times and call before delivery). Today though, was the first time I purchased in store. I was served by Bianca. I don't have enough space to write the glowing review she truly deserves but I honestly don't think I have received better service in any retail location for any product. She definitely left a positive impression that I won't soon forget. I bought the Pai Gow Punch Nectar Cured Resin Cart in 0.5 g. This is a hybrid strain sitting at 75.3% THC. This is a really good cart for the day time, it eases my anxiety and helps me relax, but also uplifting and energizing. It's definitely tastes more like weed, but it's still delicious.
