My name is Stephanie Wright and a retired Air Force Veteran. I had to start using medical cannabis due to PTSD. I did not know flavors, levels, sativa vs the other kinds. I walk into this dispensary in West Bradenton Florida and let me tell you they embrace me like I was family. That is why I continued to go to this location. Always warm, helpful, happy environment, and informative. I want to take a moment out to recognize these employees Katelynn Mitch Glenn For superior service every time I visit this location. They are happy, fun, very informative about alllll the products, gives advice, in which I taken, go beyond status quo to assist me, in my choices. Explain products to me very thorough. They are the best!!!! Thank you

Litchfield is lucky to have Windy City, great products, prices are decent for Illinois. The staff is alway kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.

The best place to go for concentrate. The Ellisville location is friendly and knowledgeable. They have the best rewards program as well.

So this was my first visit and it’s been on my short list for a long time…. When walking in I was greeted my a nice man and an extremely hot entry way. Once entering the store front it was cool and ac was definitely working. I was greeted by Cass, let me tell you Cass Knows Her Stuff!!! I Was Very Much Impressed With Her Knowledge & Understanding Of What And Why I Needed What I Came For. I’m Just Finishing Up With My Last Bag From My Zip, & Last Cart. That Flex Fuel Was My Favorite Purchase Overall For My First Visit & This Was Well Worth The Wait & Highly Suggest This Company (& Cass).

The entire experience at Heya is amazing the bartenders are knowledgeable friendly they make it feel like family.

The store on Cortez in Bradenton is not the biggest, or the closest either. But it is the Very Best dispensary in this county. The staff are great, the ladies in the back… you know who I’m talking about ! So kind and friendly. Great product and amazing prices. Try them out, then go on out to the beach and enjoy.

Great selection, awesome deals, cool shop and great staff-what more do you need??? Right off of Lindbergh and if you are coming from the east on 270 headed to a concert at Hollywood casino amphitheater (RIVERPORT)it is only 1/2 mile off of 270.

What a cool experience. I still feel a bit awkward openly walking into the store but I promise you, I'll get over it!!! I appreciate the over-the-top service starting right at the front door. Always pleasant and welcoming. And the same is true in the store. All my questions are answered according to my needs. I love it!! Thanks to everyone at the store.

Walked in and felt very welcome. Nice clean store with great products. They do sell THCA that is amazing. Nice is you don’t have a Florida medical card. Would highly recommend you paying them a visit if you are in the area.

This is my store period! Every since I first walked in the door 3 months ago I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and the selection, the deals, loyalty program and the atmosphere. The staff really are top notch, friendly knowledgeable, I don't/ won't shop anywhere else, I am a proper cannabis customer for life.

These guys are killing it. Low wait times and great product all the time. Jacob and Darrin have been especially helpful with bringing someone who is new to weed into the know and creating an awesome and fun experience. I can’t wait to go back and get more!!!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. I ordered online for the first time. It was fast, right on time, exactly what I ordered. The driver was friendly. The price is a little higher, but you are paying for convenience and quality. There's also a phone support line that was helpful because my ID had some issue and there wasn't a wait. Highly recommended.
