This is David Bruce Bennett, just wanted to say thank you so much Surterra, for having such wonderful products, and med tenders, I would like to thank, Makalia, Brad, Chris, Brittney, Kenneth, Tre, and others, as I will learn your names, also, anyway, I wanted to leave a tip, as they are working hard to keep us medicated, but did not see a tip jar, I would like this to change!!, this plant is one of the reasons I stay in this world, as I have a severe mental illness, bipolar 1, so please change this Surterra!! Simply LOVE this MÜV store! I was not too fond of them before from some of their other stores, but between the tenders, the clean and nice atmosphere, this one put me back on MÜV and their products. The employees are fantastic. If I were you, look for either Brad, he is very knowledgeable with the products and VERY easy on the eyes, Patrick, because he just gets along so well with you and vibes, and Tyshawn (Or Tyrone, not sure which!), because he is just funny and genuinely tries to help you as a patient. they are all great but try and avoid the long-haired female. Not sure of her name, but she was rude and seemed fake to me. Prices are sometimes high, but their stuff is worth it and they always have great sales, so it really isn't all that expensive. All in all, this store is great, and I highly suggest you try it if you are looking for a dispensary!

The best in all around brian is awesome great staff.... Becky is absolutely my favorite but in general the whole staff is amazing and the product is amazing

Love this store. Always quick in-and-out. Online ordering/pickup is easy and convenient. Employees are always friendly and have great knowledge about the different products. Price is the best in town as well. Hands down my favorite dispensary.

Jasmine and Shaylin these two young ladies are always so eager to help to make sure that you understand what you're getting and they're always very polite very nice they always have a smile on their face I'm handicapped so they are always very helpful to get me in and out of the doors and out to my car I am so pleased with these young ladies they are the best they do their best and they work really hard

The staff are excellent and have a great knowledge base. They offer text alerts to stay updated on the daily sales. There are discounts daily and they offer a good veterans discount.

I am a disabled Veteran with degenerative back, hips and knee issues. The ONLY relief I have found to be able to function daily is Animal Face and Brownie Scout from Rise here in VA or MD (Rhythm or Dharma Pharmaceuticals). My particular situation is unique in that I am considered a "high metabolizer" and lower level opioids that are generally prescribed for pain are completely useless in my system. I didn't even know that was a thing until my degenerative problems have gotten where they are. I saw in a previous review that someone addressed the price and strength of Rise's flower. For all who don't know that is finalized by boards at the state level and is beyond the control of any dispensary in the State of VA. Hopefully things will be different soon. And yes, the flower is occasionally dry, but in my fragile state this is still what I need to be upright everyday. I always put my flower in an airtight jar with a bovida bag anyway. I will continue to shop at Rise regularly and I encourage patients who deal with pain on a daily basis give Rise a shot. You don't know what you are missing!

Best dispo in Ohio by far. The prices are the cheapest around. They always have great deals. They are fast and knowledgeable and more than happy to help. I recommend them above all others. Also multiple locations in Ohio

I went to Sunburn for the second time yesterday and was blown away again by their staff (Jordan) and products. I have been to all the dispensaries in Pensacola, and I have not had an experience close to this one. Also, yesterday I got a free bottle of nectar. Apparently, every Sunday they give free stuff away with any purchase. Their flower is amazing and I believe they are the only dispensary that has strain specific live rosin gummy’s. Wow! I’m not playing the dispensary price chasing games anymore. SUNBURN DISPENSARY ONLY!!!!!! Thank you, Ellie
