Went grand opening very nice atmosphere good knowledgeable bud tenders who help you find the right weed or cannabis products. I would highly recommend this dispensary to anybody looking for the right relief.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Beautiful storefront and shop floor. A++ customer service, Tyler specifically was an absolute delight. She gave wonderful feedback on all the products we asked about. Fire quality products at reasonable prices unlike some in the area with same quality and sky high prices. Will definitely be back.

This place has such friendly knowledgeable staff. Sam greeted me outside because I was having a hard time finding the place. I believe Jake or Jacob was the guy helped me out with the flower and showed me some different strains. He also showed me a new website for additional information since I was interested healing some alignments I have. They both recommended some ice cream. Which by the way was delicious. I highly recommend this place. It was clean people were nice and had fair prices. Thank you guys for your help and being so friendly and welcoming also not being pushy and just trying to make a sale.

Professional, knowledgeable staff; atmosphere was fun, product easy to find, and I felt comfortable. (I'm autistic, this is extremely important to me.) Staff gave me excellent guidance on products that address my specific needs- vegetarian edibles and appropriate dosing for me. Your 250 mg sour gummy edibles are both delicious and effective - I sleep so well!

I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.
