Dispensaries open now in Palatine, Illinois

Took a bit of work to find but a great little spot nonetheless

They go thru alot of employees, but that seems to be standard at all the bud stores. However if your lucky enough to know one of there day ones Ian then your in luck. One of my favorite butenders in all of marquette county. He always takes care of me. Being a vet I appreciate him greatly. Never hesitate to shop here.

Beautiful store, and everyone is always really welcoming and friendly.

My bud-tender Avery was professional knowledgeable personable. She also remembered me and what I prefer.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and can help with most situations! Products are top notch and the shop is very clean First time ordering online but have been shopping in store for a very long time!

Pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful. Fast and easy purchasing. Fantastic deals!

Armando was awesome! He was very educational. I was not aware of the loyalty program, he helped me right away! My friend who went with me had only ever been to fire station once in the past, & today she got a FREE cart because she had loyalty points from the last visit! All around top notch! Will be back!

Very nice staff and quality product with a great variety.

5 stars all around. Knowledge, patient and caring staff. Phone and in person staff are amazing.

I love the website and store. People are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always order online ahead of time so my order is ready to pick up when I get there. By far my favorite stop.

Great service , order was waiting for me. Fun staff.

Best weed store around and they have been around since the beginning…,

I stopped by Rise on Detroit in Lakewood this morning 8-15-24 and had a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in John V was welcoming and efficient. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and because of people like him, I will continue to do so.

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Scott M is always very helpful explaining all the products. Great place, highly recommend.

I almost didn't believe that it could be this easy to get a product that not only is it quality but bypasses the stress of having to obtain it from somebody or someplace that is not monitored or regulated quality control. Besides the simple ordering process online, the quick pickup in store the safe security that is there to make everybody feel safe. And of course, the wonderful staff that are always pleasant to be around. The store is very clean. They offer accessories and odoring stations. The only thing I would recommend is a membership or promotional goodies for return clients and not just medical clients.

Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Really liked the layout of the store. Don’t mind using a kiosk at all. When I needed help choosing based on my tastes the staff gave me a great recommendation. The flower I bought is great quality. Will definitely be back.

This is "THE SPOT" to go for the best deals. You buy 2 eights get $5 off. 4 eights $15 off. 8 you get $50 off. I run Growing Belushi on YouTube. Missouri Heath & Wellness is Growing Belushi approved! They also have chairs to relax and don't have to stand. #1

The entire staff was very friendly, and the 35% Veteran discount is amazing!
