I see some BS reviews. I have been a customer since they opened their doors, almost 6 years now! If a customer can't verify they got their order how do you expect a business to drop everything and investigate. I worked at $100B annual revenue organization and spent a couple of years in Security. Proper security depends on clear procedures, methodology and only a limited number of people having access to the different functions such as evaluating evidence/tapes, special controls for each specific function and very limited access to cash out from accounts beyond simply making change. Another complained he burned through his order too fast - Wow so the MADE you party, eh? Must be tough! Anyway ridiculous complaints are something I complain about. I find their people extremely competent and have made well over a few hundred transactions without an error. The= employees know the majority of the products and are always great with assisting and answering questions. I have never felt rushed. Product varies and price may or may not be an indicator of quality. I have received excellent herb for as low as $100/oz. Overall outstanding products in a comfortable setting with great employees and decent prices! If you have not tried them you are missing out!! Check them out! Note there are 3 dispensaries within 100 feet! Reading Michigan is the place for your herbal shopping pleasure! just 10 miles from Indiana/Michigan state line! NOTE - Watch for Amish buggies and be careful on hills as we have a fairly large Amish community in the area!

At first, I overlooked this location because of its size. That was a mistake because this express dispensary is the best and my favorite. Mr Kenny and Mr Lewis are always professional and courteous beyond reproach. Kenny the bud tender is patient and always there to assist me with questions. Mr Lewis’s presence is greatly appreciated. First impression, lobby is welcoming and open space unlike most lobbies, they have someone escort you and ask you what you are looking for vs the traditional walk in and fend for yourself route. They have this amazing selfie wall and the displays gives Kay jewelers vibes but over all clean and fair prices in every categories.

I've been to other shops and nothing feels more natural to me than the old school headshop feel I get here. The ability to actually look at more than 1 nug before committing to the buy is a big + for me as well. Other shops feel like a best buy our apple store in my opinion

The workers were nothing but friendly; they were very kind and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about what they were selling and quickly found what i needed. It is a bit of a tiny store, but it's got great ac, and it has as much room as a dispensery needs anyway. My only problem with it is i have no idea what its hours are. The hours on the door are wrong, and all i know is they open at 12 pm. I have no idea when they close but I'd have to guess its probably 7-8. Other than that, it's a really great shop and well worth the visit. (its also got really good prices and weekly deals)
