Thank you to my budtender Kendall. I've had the pleasure of doing business with him a few times before and is always very pleasant and courteous, as are all the mission South Chicago employees. Calumet City mission could take a lesson or two from South Chicago, just saying

Moe took the time to explain to my wife what the difference in brand, strand, and potency of edibles for the health issues she is dealing with. Drake is also just as knowledgeable in the products and has never steered me wrong in what my wife and I buy. This is probably the best dispensary I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. If you have any questions this is the place to have them answered.

Damani is a quiet and calm professional. He is knowledgeable and can read what you want by the way you describe how you want to feel. Come see this man!!

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. So the latest chapter 7 with strains Black Cherry & Gaslight OG if you're an O G like myself than you gotta agree these are the best strains since the Chapter 2 & 3 CLASSICS like Grape Runtz,Ghost Dawg,Wookie Dawg, & Vamp Slayer!!! Oh but my faves was TACO TRUCK & MANGO TANGO! Can we bring them back plz?

I am a frequent customer,We have got a lot of product from this wonderful place. No joke some of the best product and price for area if you go to Monroe you know what I mean. I have gotten seeds in some but it is a plant you will have that from time to time. They do need better edibles and carts for sure. I only go for flower it is outstanding, I love this place and will always go there

Super nice ambience I love to see that they connected with the local organization to make sure that our fur babies find their forever home. A nice interaction with Stephanie and supper informative on helping us find the right product.

I had the opportunity to be one of the first customers at this location. They had a nice warming tent set up for patients. The environment is very appealing, focusing on local culture incorporated into the design. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they carry. The only critique I could mention is the price. Get place.

I stopped by the Hastings MI Lumberjack store (2nd time), but this time I bought the Flower of the Day, Superboof. Very nice smell from the package, smooth smoke, and a nice daytime buzz. The folks there are super friendly and had a 25% discount for the Flower of the Day. The store smells great and has a lot of other things to offer (I'm mostly interested in flower). I'll stop by the Dowling store some time soon to see what they have going on. One thing, I didn't recognize most of the strains for sale. I was hoping for some Sour Diesel or Blue Dream (common sativas) but they didn't have any of those older strains. Maybe that's good, they carry new hybrids for something different to try.

Best dispo in Ohio by far. The prices are the cheapest around. They always have great deals. They are fast and knowledgeable and more than happy to help. I recommend them above all others. Also multiple locations in Ohio
