During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

Even though I like the Greenery, I was very disappointed today. I went in there at 4:30 pm the doors were locked & no one was there. About 12 people came & went because no one was there. No sign on the door NOTHING!!! I'm going to find another dispensary that cares about the people that go in there!
