My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I have been to a lot of different dispensaries and by far AYR wellness in Indiana Pa is the best of all of them! The products are not only better fairly priced, they are also of great quality! AYR wellness doesn’t just go out of their way for their patients, they also go out of their way to support their customers with product return if there is a issue with any products we buy! They all have a positive attitude that is infectious and they also take their time with each patient to make sure they get the help they need. If all this was not enough they also offer better deals on all products than all of their competition! So yes I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know! And they are the only place I will shop at these days!
