We drove 4 hours round trip, it was well worth it. We were greeted with a great customer service smile by Armando, he informed us of everything we needed to know being first time customers. Corey then greeted us at the door, he answered our questions and referred us to a certain product, it was super quick and easy. I recommend The Firehouse, it's also easy to find on Hwy 139. I have been fortunate enough to experience a hand full of different dispensaries in different states and i can say this is by far the best in Illinois! Great staff! Awesome product selection! Great prices! And patient employees with manners which is there most precious resource. They always offer great deals and you can tell they are run by good hearted people. last but not least they have a great set up here, i mean great!!! I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.
