This was my first time coming here and will definitely be coming back next time! Chelsea was helping me and she was very nice, funny and has a very welcoming warm personality. Highly recommend this place!!

Owners are wonderful, are very knowledgeable about the different effects from the different strand that they have also very acknowledge in general about THC. Very chill environments, great vibes ,great products.

I come here once or twice a month and I absolutely love the service and the quality is always really great. I always leave with a smile and I got a really cool Halloween t-shirt that I will keep forever.

Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! I usually go to Michigan dispensaries, but my visit to Mission was by far one of the best in Illinois. Great customer service, wide selection of products, and a great VIBE!!
