Cassandra was amazing she explained everything to me because it's only the 2 time I have been there she was amazing and I will be going back. I give Cassandra a 10 for being so wonderful and amazing. Thank you

I’ve been here a few times and they are always helpful and the store is clean. Especially Brandy was very helpful and sweet and helped me in my time of need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy smoke around Monroe.

Always have a good time when we stop in. Steve as a great help today and got us taken care of quickly. We’ve been coming here since they opened and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my smoking needs

Best flower in the area. i loved that its grown 5 miles down the road in Dewey. Customer service is unbeatable. Friendly and professional and I love the one on one time they give each patient. The best dispensary around bar none.

Y'all knocked it out of the park yet again. Keep up the good work!!

We have been customers for years. This is the best dispensary in the areas hands down.

Since discovering the benefits of CBD flower, Piedmont Green CBD is my go-to for quality grown cbd flower. Staff is very knowledgeable, I learn new things every time I come in! I have only used the flower products so I cannot review other products sold in the store, but what I can tell you is that the flower I have purchased has exceeded my expectation for hemp flower. So glad I found you!

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

Love these peoples always a great experience when I come in no matter who is working!! Rochelle is my girl tho

I love that you can buy really good quality shake by the oz for a reasonable price!

I love Flower Factorys drive thru they always have my order ready when I get there. Good selection of premium flower fair prices ! Friendly and knowledgeable budtenders!!

Came into NuEra 9/30/2026 was helped by a very professional young man named Jeff. I was able to learn more about new products

All I have to say is go here. From nyc and this is the best flower I’ve found.

Amazing! Thank you for having a wide variety of amazing products available.

Great place , great service Jamie is very nice and knowledgeable of all the products. He will answer your questions and help out with your needs. All of the stores are great and everyone are super friendly

Has a very business casual vibe. Good prices, even better bundle deals, and wide variety of product. Place seems to be very clean, organized, and professional.

Huge selection, knowledgeable staff, Great prices, very friendly, and HIGHly recommended!

This shop is amazing, friendly and educated staff. Best product selection around.

more whiners on here, just like google. plan ahead kids. who else has a drive thru? none i've seen. don't expect to zip thru the drive thru at rush hours/lunch, or a half hour before they close. i believe they are open later than most dispensaries also, so the later you wait the less options you have.

Alex is absolutely amazing he’s so knowledgeable, so is Cody actually all of the guys there and gals you know everything you need to know I love the strawberry float dablicator works perfect for pain and sleep

Huge open place. Fast to get in. Super nice budtender. The only thing was the place was like completely empty? I wonder why. It’s in a decent spot. Nice parking. Awesome product. Oh well that just means a nice hidden gem for me !
