The entire experience at Heya is amazing the bartenders are knowledgeable friendly they make it feel like family.

Desirea is pretty cool, every time I go in there we have good conversations and she makes great recommendations. I’ve gone to other dispensaries in the area and I’m not gonna lie, this one’s my favorite! Their flower has good quality and good prices, same with their pre rolls. And they have deals for every day of the week!

Friendly staff knowledgeable makes you feel at home when you're there. Variety of items to chose from prices are great too.

Since I've been coming to the store big buds, I've really enjoyed it. The people are nice, their understanding. They're very educated. They do explain things to you which I found that in this door but not all others they act like, you know, they don't want to talk to you. And they echo, like, it hurts them to explain something to you. I had a bad experience with a few, and I 'm not going. I'm to do that again.

From the service to the people, everything about it is wonderful.

Absolutely nothing that there is to D1SL1K3,, ; about any place people enjoying being in the business acquired into the dispensary industry..(distribution) other than .......Prices here .. and .....prices over there ..... ...from when "here" is compared to someone in a parking lot meet n greet... "wham- bam", thank you ma'am .."I'll hit you up when I need you again"..becomes the "over there option"... I certainly cannot; personally say, or even literally say that I'd feel the same; if it cost more money to avoid the following events from unfolding : just for the avoid the legality and public physical visual exchange of the paranoia quickly surrounding you...but only... when you," yourself" & your "pull up plug" and you part ways sending u into two separate ways...and the mic drops every moment that happens .. definitely an "Ice Cube " line from one of my all time faves "Friday" the original... the pause the look in the cabinet big worms head double take and trembling while pulling off realizing you are 3 miles until you reach freedom and the coast is clear... These guys were late to the game but they have got things up and running nicely. Great selection. Very competitive prices. And the staff are all as nice as ice on a hot day.

I have shopped here many times and have always found the bud tenders helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to get bad service or someone who doesn't know jack. This is one of my favorites to shop at just for the awesome staff!

First time being in this dispensary and wow it definitely blew my expectations out of the water! BEAUTIFUL store with huge windows and natural light unlike any of the other dispensaries I’ve visited in the area. Staff had a great vibe and steered me to some new strains I hadn’t tried yet on the IL side. I will be back when I’m in the Edwardsville area 100%!

I have MS and can't sleep bc of menopause and leg cramps that are uncontrollable. These gummies after I subscribed were better than before and I don't expect that I'll go back to another brand.

Gary he got me in the system fast he had that bubbly attitude he also recommend me some fire gas plus was able to help me find the exact thing I was looking for
