I love Surterra Wellness (Park St location) compared to any other dispensary in Jacksonville! Will definitely be making this my go-to dispensary because of their knowledgeable, helpful, and great/kind employees and customer service! I definitely understand why they stand behind all of their products because they live up to everything they say about them! Great selection of products to choose from compared to other dispensaries I have gone to, not to mention the quality of all their products!

I ordered tropical runtz @ 27%thc when I picked it up and received it ......it was 24%thc . all I am saying is let the customer or patient know before they get disappointed. That's a big difference in strength.

Finally a "herbal" store that doesnt feel like im looking at porn. I like to smoke but that doesnt mean I need to feel like I should wear all black and a hoodie to get my "flower". Atmosphere is open and welcoming. The coffee and tea is made to order while you wait for your order to enjoy a product while your there or just sit and work where you can toke with free Wifi. had an issue with my card at the ATM and was going to downsize my order from 2 14g of shake to 1 14g but they heard the ATM dinging in the other room and knew I was having a problem and still let me get the 2 14g's for $20.00. will definitely be going back.

Tay is always fast and efficient! I love this dispensary so much. Always a better experience than I am expecting. Every other dispensary in Orange Park has a minimum of a 10 minute wait. I can't name a single time I've spent more than 5 mins in this place and I go here twice a week on average. Always Impresses!
