fav dispensary by far. first of all it looks REALLY cool in the lobby and in the shop. so i would recommend going even if it’s just to see the interior. The workers there are super helpful and recommend strains that will be best for you and help you find anything you need. i don’t feel embarrassed to ask questions and they are super patient. i love the packaging and quality of the products as well. the menus are up on screens in large print so it’s easy to see. i would definitely recommend especially to someone who is just starting to buy from dispensaries.

Everyone there is super nice, and the prices are amazing. Compared to any of the other stores I've tried, this place doesn't just feel like they're trying to sell you product. They take their time and ask questions, and are happy to answer the questions you might have. It's a super welcoming spot!

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

Rise is my favorite dispencery to go too. The deals are amazing half the time the people are very friendly you walk out feeling like you're part of one big family lol I have to give a huge shout out to (LU) She's very friendly! Her customer service skills are great! She made a comment that had me smiling the rest of the day. She interacts with people very well in my opinion! Had some issues with my initial delivery but they more than made up for it. They’ve been my go-to ever since; the flower is well cured and very potent and the carts are tasty. Delivery has always been right on time or earlier. I appreciate the texts for flash sales too.
